I was genuinely ripped off for express shipping on several pairs of glasses, only to find it barely made a difference – you still have to wait weeks, it's just not worth it. The customer service? It’s among the worst I have ever experienced. I felt compelled to leave a review and try to engage with customer service because not only was the shipping a scam, but one of my bifocal lenses had a height issue, and getting any real help from them by email or chat seemed impossible.
Customer: I'm calling about order [Order Number] – or trying to, because your customer service has been abysmal. I paid for express shipping, and my glasses still took weeks. What was the point? CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about your experience with both the shipping and our customer service, sir/ma'am. That's definitely not the impression we want to leave. Can I please get your order number to look into this for you? Customer: It's [Order Number]. And it’s not just the shipping. The bifocal height on one pair is completely wrong, making them almost unusable. I’ve tried emailing, chatting, and it's like talking to a wall.
