My Order Nightmare: Two Weeks Late & Zero Help 😡
I am writing this to warn anyone considering this company. My experience was an absolute nightmare, and I feel it's my duty to share it. This is the absolute WORST company for contacts! I ordered my usual daily lenses on 1/23 and paid for 3-5 day shipping. Today is 2/6, and I still do not have my order. It has not been shipped, nor do I have a tracking number. Every time I call or chat, they give the exact same canned response with zero resolution. When I requested a refund for my shipping fee, they just said my request was "transferred." This company is a complete joke. It was this endless loop of frustration that forced me to try and get a straight answer from them one last time.
Customer: My order was placed on January 23rd. I paid $12.99 for 3-5 day shipping. It is now February 6th and I have nothing. No contacts, no tracking number. Where is my order?
CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the delay and the frustration this has caused. Could you please provide your order number so I can look into its status for you?
Customer: I've given my order number three times already this week. The status never changes. What are you going to do about it? I want a tracking number and I want my expedited shipping fee refunded immediately.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration. I see here that the order is still being processed. I can't provide a tracking number yet, but I have transferred your refund request to the appropriate team for review.
Customer: "Transferred my request"? That’s the same useless answer I got last time! This is unacceptable. I don't want to hear about another "team." Just give me a real update or cancel the order.
CS Rep: I am very sorry, but I am unable to cancel the order at this stage. I have flagged your order as urgent with our fulfillment center and will personally monitor it.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
